I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist providing individual and couples therapy and consultation services. While my physical office is located in Del Mar (North San Diego County), I provide telehealth therapy across California.

I believe in tailoring treatment to fit the needs of the individual. Therefore, I employ a number of evidence-based treatment modalities including: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), among others.
I believe that personal growth is a proactive process. Therefore, I provide education on psychological concepts, and encourage in-session and at-home activities that build skills and activate behavioral and emotional change.
